I'm having trouble trialing Jira Software with Service Desk. The internal workflow is perfect but I can't seem to link it all together for customers. I must be missing something simple.
I like the look and feel of the Atlassian Community but can't identify the product used. Can this be linked to internal Jira Software issues?
I need self managed portal customers to create, search, watch and vote on any issue I choose to expose.
Is this possible using Jira Software and Jira Service Desk?
@Micko Atlassian community site is based of "Lithium" which is now "Khoros Communities" - https://khoros.com/platform/communities
But, you can also use Questions for Confluence for this purpose - https://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/questions
Thank you for such a speedy response. I'll trial Questions for Confluence but it doesn't offer the same low cost self hosted option for small teams.
I assumed community was running an Atlassian product. Khoros is well out of my league.

I'm in the same boat as @Micko and looking for a tool that can be used to as the basis of building out a customer community. Does anyone have any suggestions of 3rd party products that are less expensive than "Khoros Communities"?

you've probably solved this problem by now... but, in case it's useful, you could try https://tribe.so/ - growing SaaS product with good features and much more affordable.

Hi @Christy McCarthy. and thanks for your comment.
In fact I have not found a cost effective solution so far. I've talked to the guys at Khoros but I felt their product was just too big for our purposes.
I appreciate your suggestion and will check it out
