While exporting data in CSV file original estimate is calculated in seconds. is there any way we can export the original estimate in hours?

The exported value is not calculated in seconds; that is how the data are actually stored in Jira. If you see them presented otherwise in Jira, it is because the UI transforms it into a better reading format.

Similarly, if you want to view the data in hours in Excel after exporting it, apply a calculation formula there to convert the seconds into any type of unit you like (e.g. seconds / 3600).
