Hello all expert out there,
We have registered FQDN for SaaS Jira Cloud - hsasingapore.atlassian.net
How do we extract the IP ranges and protocol of the SaaS Jira Cloud for whitelisting?
Appreciate for the help in advanced
Vincent
please make a test that worked for me: Copy your question "How do we extract the IP ranges and protocol of the SaaS Jira Cloud for whitelisting?" from the above post to clipboard, paste it into google search and hit "enter": In my browser, the page linked by @Deepak Rai is top link. Amazing.
Regards,
Harald
In this link The ranges you see in that doc are the "exact range" you need to set up. Scriptrunner is bound within the ranges Atlassian announce, the docs say "No private APIs are available, only those specifically white-listed by Atlassian".
I think the first thing to do is look at how the calls you are making are responded to and try to trace them by running them from another place, then looking at the differences.
