When I create an issue from Confluence for a particular project and issue type, I get the create screen with all the required fields (including some custom fields), and I can fill in the fields and create the issue. I had a couple of coworkers try it, and they were also able to see the required fields and create the issue. However, some other users don't see some or any of the required fields, and the issue creation fails. I even gave administrative rights to one of the users whose screen was failing for debugging purposes, but the required fields still did not appear on the screen.
What could be causing this different behavior from user to user?
It could be fields that have user specific project permission on it such as Due Date or is it customfield ?

Could you try to create a new request type and see if it behave the same ?

Sorry I reply to the wrong chat.
The only way to display fields is to make them mandatory, at the exception of Due Date that also depends on user permission every user should see the same thing.
If you made the change recently, It may be cache issue on user side. They should try to clear browser internal cache and try again.
