Why I can not see the Velocity Chart?

Dear all, 

I have a problem with the Velocity chart. Why I can not see it?

The explanatory note says it all - there are no sprints for the board.  Velocity can only be measured over a sprint, so without a sprint, there's nothing the velocity chart can show.

The problem is that on this board there was sprint active and now it was closed and I can not see the Velocity.

Could it be connected with some changes in jira like adding tha new report plugin?

No, there's nothing to do with changes.  The problem is that there are no sprints (or possibly not enough to work with) for the report to report on.  Some reports need three sprints worth of data to be useful, so they won't do anything until they've got it.

Thank you for your answers, however I do not understend it, because the Sprint Report is visible.

Are there at least two other sprints available to the board?

By available you mean that if other sprints were created before that one? No, it was the first sprint that was created on this board (because it is a new project in Jira), however I was tasted this project scheme in other project and when I closed a Sprint I could seen the Velocity Chart :(

Ok, that makes sense.  The report doesn't show anything until it's got enough data to be actually useful - you'll need to complete another couple of sprints before it will do anything.
