Since my last name has changed (and therefore my e-mail adress) I'm not receiving any Mails from Jira. Our T has checked all the settings and it says that all the notifications are activated.
Please help as this is a serious issue making me unable to work properly.

Make sure your new email id is updated in your atlassian account. You can read steps in https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-cloud/kb/change-atlassian-account-email-addresses/

@Rilwan Ahmed obviously the E Mail adress was the first thing that was changed. still dont receive any notfications

Go to https://<Domain>.atlassian.net/jira/settings/personal/notifications. Check what is enabled and not under "Email preferences" and ""Default notification settings". If this also does not solve the problem, I suggest to contact Atlassian Support directly here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
