Why am I unable to delete the attachments in the test execution in Zephyr Scale

I have created a test case in the Zephyr Scale and executed it. After I executed I have attached the attachment and I don't want them anymore so I tried to deleted those.
At first they are deleted and when I refreshed the page again they popped up and then unable to delete anymore.

It's confusing for everyone who don't know about the test case and it's attachments

Please confirm you have the delete attachment permission

I do have permission to delete the attachments. I can see the delete image in the issue.

Is it only happening for test execution issue type? on other issue type you are able to delete the attachment?
