Why are checklists not showing in the Jira cloud application for Mac?

I wanted to start using the application for Mac as it is a lot faster than the web version of Jira. However, I found out that the checklists we add to tickets do not show in the application while they are showing in the web version. Is this not supported in the Mac application?

Testing on my local site, I was able to use the checklist (checkboxes) on the Jira app.

It works for both Classic and Next-gen projects.

Some fields may be set to be hidden when empty, so make sure to scroll down and click on "See more" to find those fields on the app.

I see that I'm using a different kind of checklist. In the web version I can add them under the title of the ticket and view them below the description, but in the native app I don't see it anywhere..

Please go to your Jira configuration and enable the option "Show checklist in Jira mobile app".

Per the description, I thought it could be related to the custom field in Jira and not an add-on.
