Why are only "none" displayed in the drop down menu despite defined security levels?

Julia Seeck February 12, 2020

Hi There,

I would like to restrict permissions on some issues. Therefore I have created security levels with the respective groups.
If I want to set the levels for the issues, the drop down menu will only show "none". Why are the defined levels not shown although I have associate them to the project?

Very strange, sounds like you've done it all correctly.  Can you add some screenshots of the config?

Also may be worth trying the Permission Helper just to see if there's anything highlighted there.

Are you a member of the two groups, WI: Project Member and WI: Project Member imos ?  You will only see groups in the drop-down that you are a member of.

I am a member of one group but can see only none

Could you try adding yourself to both groups?  Also check the groups aren't disabled somewhere.

Are any other users able to see the values in the dropdown?

Do you have the Set Issue Security permission on the project?

Julia Seeck February 12, 2020

I also did that.
