Why are statuses I deleted from the workflow still appearing on the board?

I updated the workflow and deleted two statuses, but they are still appearing on the board with 0 issues. If I look at the board in mobile app - columns with these statuses are absent.

Ho can I delete these columns from my desktop web version?

Hi @Sergey Troitskiy ,

Welcome to Atlassian Community! The columns in the board is not actually the statuses. You can add multiple statuses in one column. To remove the columns, go to Board Settings > Columns and remove them from there.

Can you provide the actual screenshot of the workflow in Jira. It should look something like this.

The screenshots that you provided are not taken from Jira itself. Can you go to Project Settings > Workflows, then view the diagrams. Please take screenshot of the workflow diagram.

There are no Workflows in project settings

Sorry about that. I understand now that this is a Work management team-managed project, that's why you have limited choice in Project Settings and the workflow view looks different.

Since you mentioned that the columns look good in mobile app, then it could be the browser's cache. Can you view the board using browser's incognito mode?

no, doesn't help. May be because I use "Jira work management"  - I have no such settings
