We cannot send comments to each other very well because we cannot read our Names anymore, all we get is this:

Just to make sure we are on the same page, can you please let us know if this issue is happening on the new or old view?
If you are using the old view on a classic project and the userid is showing after saving the comment, please check the field renderer by going to Project settings > Fields > > Comment >
> Renderers > Wiki Style Renderer > Update.

This problem has started for our JIRA Cloud instance today,. We use the old view and do not want to revert to the new view.
When we use the @ function to link a username to a comment the entire accountid number as per above is showing. Yes when we apply the rendering format this then displayed the username but ideally want this bug fixed. It was working fine up to last night.
