Why are we still being billed for Automation since it if included with JIRA now?

Automation is a System app now but we are still being billed for it. Could someone help us why this has been happening?

Hi @Ankush Dixit ,

thanks for your question. As a former Automation for Jira Pro Cloud customer, you are currently on the extended free trial of Jira Software Premium. This trial runs until the first billing cycle after June 3rd. During this time you continue to pay the price of the app but do not pay for Jira Premium.

After June 3rd, you will no long pay for the app. At this point you can remain in the Jira Software Premium plan and will be billing for this moving forward. Or alternatively you can downgrade to Jira standard plan where there is no charge for automation. There are, however, limits to consider for multi-project and global rules.
