Why can I no longer add an epic to an issue in the iPhone app?

I used to be able to add an epic on the "create issue" screen using the iPhone app. Now that option seems to be gone.

I got the same issue. I got a pop up message stating thatthat the Epic Name field is not supported yet and to use the desktop instead as Atlassian continues to work on it.

It was working for me last week and several months ago fine. This must be due to a recent update to their app.

Might be since now it can't support one of the main fields for Epic.
