Why can't I create a new workflow spelled with special characters anymore?

Hello,

Can anyone help me answering this quetsion? Until yesterday, I was able to create new worflows using special characters, but it seemes I'm not anymore. How do I correct this?

Atlassian are trying to standardise input on the core ASCII set to reduce the work having to be done with database collations etc.

I see... do you know if we are not going to be able to use special characters to name workflows for good?
