Why can't I see a project in xray zephyr (for jira) importer?

Hello, I have xray for jira data center and am trying to use the xray zephyr (for jira) importer.

I have a project that currently is using zephyr tests and i would like to change into xray tests, so I added all the needed xray issue types and fields but I still can't see the project when I try to begin the import.

what can I do to fix it?

Hi @ליאור בראודה ,

You should use the Test Case Importer to import the test cases. Normal Jira importers will not import the test cases.

I've read the documentation, I am using the xray importer and have succeeded with other projects.

it is just this one that isn't showing when I am trying to import😔

Please check the project Issue create permission if you have sufficient permission to create the issues on that particular project.

Also, try it create an issue manually on that project.
