Why can't I see the project I created as company managed in order to move issues from a Team Managed

I have created a Company Managed project replicating a team managed project. However while moving issues, I am not able find the company managed project in the destination project.

What could be the reason?

Have you tried typing in the name of the project to narrow the list?

Do you have permission to create issues in the Company Managed project?

Yes I did type in the project name. I figured it later. It was lack of "Move Issues" permission. Thanks you for responding,
