Why can't my team see the Active Sprints board?

Hi,

I manage a Jira Board and I can see an option for Active Sprints via which I look at the Sprint Board. However, the rest of my team sees an option called Kanban Board and they only see two columns there. How do I ensure we are all looking at the same board?

The first thing to check is the chosen board. You are viewing the CDPM board and they are viewing the Master cost board. Please see if they can select the CDPM from the drop down you see in you images. If they cannot then I suspect that the board is not shared with them. Go to Board settings and General and edit the Share

Hi @Shyam Athreye

my guess is that you have to edit the permissions for the filter your Board is based on. So please navigate to the board configurations and edit filter shares in order to add viewers for the filter.
