Why do I receive empty emails?

I use JIRA. If I do things in it I receive a Email. 

But why this Email is empty if I open it in Outlook?

This looks like Outlook is failing to render the email, but I can't run an image of a sentence through a translator to see what it says in English.  Could you translate it for us, or paste the plain text of it?

Its stated that, if you have problems to see the content than click here to see it in the webbrowser. 

If I click it, then the webbrowser start and I can see the content, but why I cant see the content inside outlook?

I don't know!  If the browser can render it, it must be a bug in Outlook.
