I have my project setup in JIRA Advanced Roadmap. When I click on view settings -> Group by -> Release .. it shows me the list of stories which are in 'In Testing' etc. but not in 'Ready to Release' state. Why!
It was a companies internal issue. Closing this question. Thanks for the help.
Are they displayed when you do not Group by ? What is the source used ? Aer you using a board or filter ? Is the 'Ready to Release' issues returned by the filter ?

- Even without 'Group By' - these JIRA do not appear on my Advanced Roadmap once the fixVersion is updated to a future release and the status is 'Ready to Release'
- Source of Advanced Roadmap is a filter - which will list all JIRA tickets with a given label. There is no filtering / exclusion setup on status level
Few more observations:
- List of all JIRA eligible for the Release appear using a JQL (obviously)
- If I go to the 'Release' itself (not on Roadmap) - it shows me say total 17 issues as part of the release. 14 are DONE (Ready to Release) and 3 are IN PROGRESS (IN TESTING etc.)
- The 3 - which are IN PROGRESS - appear on Advanced Roadmaps - but the ones which are DONE - do not.

value is currently set to 360. so I'm able to see other 'closed' stories from past 1 year but only not the specific ones which are in Ready to Release status and fixVersion updated to a future release.

OK I do not know, I only see something wrong configured in "Kanban board sub-filter" if it's the type of board you are using.

Although we use Scrum boards - how does that relate to a filter on Advanced Roadmap?
Thanks for the help. Who can help me further here?
