Why does Object Type icon rest to "Document"?

Hi,

When creating an Object Type you are given the ability to select an icon for that Object Type.  However if you subsequently modify the Object Type the icon resets to the default "Document" icon.

Is this a bug or deliberate?

Is there any way to stop this happening?

Please advise.

Can you give us the exact details on what you did here?

I've tried some modification and haven't seen the icon changing.

Sorry I haven't tracked exactly when the icon resets.  I have just notice that at some point the icon reverts to the default.
