Hello,
I have implemeted the field "Suivi temporel" that shows the "Original Estimates" and "Remaining Estimates" but once I add it to a screen it does not appear on it. When you recharge the page it appears but then instantly dissapears. The picture shows what I am trying to show in a ticket. It does appear for a little while but then goes away.
Thank you in advance,
Pedro
Hi @Pedro Hernandez ,
Firstly make sure that the field is added to the appropriate field configuration scheme that is associated withthe project and issue type where you want it to appear and verify if the field is not hidden or restricted in any way in the field configuration. And then Confirm that the field is added to the respective screen for the relevant issue operations and make sure that its not added but also properly positioned within the screens layout.
Test the issue in the another browser if its working or not because this also might be one of the reason for the problem.
You can also use the browsers developer tools to check for the Javascript errors that might be occuring on the page. These errors could be provide clues abt what the problem of the field to disappear.
Check the Jira logs or history for any error messages because this reults of the server-side problem as well.
Ensure the your using the lastest cloud version and if still didnt find the issue consider reaching to the Atlassian Suppport for assistance. They might guide you with the other configuration is suppose.
Thank You,
Sumukh
Hello,
thank you for such a good answer! Do you know where I could find if the visibility is restricted for the field? I am gonna check the rest.
Once again, thank you.

Hi @Pedro Hernandez ,
Your welcome, yes sure i can tell you where the visibility is restricted for the field.
In jira, Issue type screen schemes deteermine which screen are used for each issue types within a project. Check the issue type screen associated with your project to if the field is include on the screen.
Next jira uses permission schemes to control the actions users can perform on issue within a project. If the field-level security has been configured, certain users maybe restricted from viewing or editing the field. Chech the field-level security settings to see if any restrcitions have been applied. or sometimes field visibility that users role or group has appropriate permissions to view the field i.e., Project Role or Group Restrictions.
And at last in some cases field visibility may be controlled by workflow conditions. Check the workflow associated with your porject to see if any conditions are limiting the visibility of the field.
To check these setting you need Administrative permissions or access to the projects configuration.
Thank You,
Sumukh
