Why does my Developers Issue Screen look vastly different than what I have configured?

I have setup a custom screen for all projects in Jira for our developers to use. Their screen looks completely different than what I have setup.

Can someone please point to where I need to go to ensure the  developer's screen reflects the custom screen I have setup?

I suspect you have some users that have "Jira Labs" enabled and others that do not. Avatar > personal settings.

That was it. I had Jira Labs on and they didn't.
