Why does not appear the remaining estimate.

Hi, I have a problem with remaining estimate, the time tracking is active. But some issues the remaining estimate is 0 although the progress is less than the original estimate

Example: 

Original Estimate: 4d
Remaining Estimate : 0 
Progress: 1d

I think the remaining estimate should be three days. In others issues the remaining estimate is fine.

Hello Sosa,

The time remaining is not always calculated based on Estimated - Logged. You have an option to update the time remaining when a time is logged (i.e. because the original estimate may not always be accurate).

Also, sometimes customers can be confused when they configure sub-task estimate to be ca=ounted on the Parent issue. 

Please, check the history tab to see if "Time remaining" was manually altered or not.

The history was not altered. In fact it is configured so that it adjusts automatically. It is correct that the original estimate is not accurate, however in other incidents if you calculate. I do not use sub-tasks.
