Why does nothing happen when I try to import a Jira cloud backup into another Jira cloud?

I'm trying to clone a Prod Jira cloud instance into a Jira Dev cloud instance by exporting from prod and importing into the dev instance but nothing happens after I select the backup. Am I missing something?

Hey @Joel Fleurant,
Can you be more precise about the "nothing happens" part? No progress bar appears after selecting the backup?
