The notification tells me, your issue is not visible yet. and sends the issue to another project.
This suggests you don't have create or view permissions in project A. Get your admins to give you the right access.
i do have create and view rights from my admin, but the thing is, i create a task, then Jira notified me that, you task is yet not visible. I create tasks, bugs, stories and epics everyday dude.

Ok, so it's from multiple tab use. That makes sense. I'm afraid until they fix it, you'll need to stick to creating issues in the same project when you have multiple tabs open.
