Why is my Epic logo not showing in the InLine List view?

Hello! Really hope someone can tell me why the Epic logo isn't showing. This happens for all our JWM users. Can you advise if there is a setting I need to check? I am the admin for our Jira software but my no means an expert. Thank you.

Could you please confirm if JWM is a cloud based or Self hosted ?
