Why is the field "Board name" locked for editing when creating new board?

In Jira Software...

I want to create a Kanban board for an existing saved filter.

When I get to the step "Name board" the first field is locked for editing.

I can choose project and place but I cannot name the board.

Since the field is mandatory I cannot create the board at all, I am stuck.

The same problem occurs when creating a board with a new project or from an existing saved filter.

Okay this is for Jira Cloud i presume. 

This definitely feels like a bug, i checked it myself and while in the all board list and creating a new board the interface locks down it does this for all of the different options. 

I found a workaround though: When in the creation screen press return, that will switch away from the list and go to a board. Once there the name field will be available and you can create the board, very strange behavior.
