We have a free Jira plan and I'e added users but the emails are not being delivered to our team and they cannot login to our team workspace.
For the user I click the "Resend Invite" email and get a success message but no email is ever sent out and the user cannot login.

Do you use company email? Address filtering may be set. Doesn't the email invitation to colleagues fall into spam?

This was trying to go to a gmail. It was not in the spam inbox. We deleted the user and readded and it worked
