Jay Pawar June 4, 2018

This is a pretty common thing to see.  It usually happens because someone moved an issue that was in an existing sprint, from one project to another project.   If you don't remove the issue from that sprint before the move, then that sprint is expected to appear on these other boards when the moved issue now matches the board filter.   If you have even one issue in a sprint, then that sprint can appear on any scrum board whose filter matches that single issue in the sprint.

More details on this problem can be found in the KB The same sprint is displayed across different scrum boards after moving an issue

How do we fix this problem?

Same problem here - we have one board regarding one project - and another board which has a board-filter matching multiple projects - also the project mentioned first.

So the only way out seems to

- create a new boad with new sprints

or

- to clear the "Sprint"-Field in all issues in one Project? (does the 'closed' sprints also matter here?)

Am I right...?

Hi @Jay Pawar,

have a look at your board configuration, especially at the filter query.

A sprint can be seen on both boards, if at least one issue contained in the sprint is covered by both filter queries.

Your filters have gone amiss my friend - you'll have to correct them.
