Why new user add to others product

Hi There
i have a new user in team, i always setting when new user invite does not direct to products first, i must give them access first. after i give them access to software and confluence. and he try to log in why he does not login to software project but to services desk board please help why it can be happen

In order to select the product your users see first when they login (your site's landing product), you can follow the instructions here:

Once you have selected the product, e.g. JIRA, the user will be redirected you to your last-used Dashboard and is not configurable. There is a feature request where the Atlassian seems to be gathering interest in being able to configure this potential setting: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-69635

actually this user is new user, and once i invite new user i could not give any product access. after they successfully login i give the access but it seems to not work. after i try to remove and invite that user again, it seem to login to same page at the same as he first login.

Does everyone see the Service Desk first when they log in? Or only the new users?
