Why parent issue with 1 subtask done isn't shown in the done column?

Are you saying that the child issue was moved to done, and you expect the parent issue to move to done as well?

That doesn't happen by default. Have you set up any automation rules or anything like that to facilitate?

I would look at using Automation For Jira. This comes out of the box with Jira Cloud, and allows you to automate actions. General information about Automation for Jira can be found at the link attached.

If you are already familiar with Automation for Jira, I'd take a look at this link for a specific automation rule configuration that should help you with your request.
