Why some issuetypes are not showing in Advance roadmap plans

Few Custom standard issue types are not showing in Jira Plans how to enable them ?

Hi @Akshithrekulapelli ,

please could you check Plan configuration and in particular Source Data -> Issue Source : in order to figure out that all issues are in that source. If you are using a filter please check that is correct, if you are using a board please verify that your board filter is correct.

Moreover, please verify your filter at Roadmap view level (it should be Issue types : All).

I have the same request. We have created our own issuetype, named Feature but it's not visible in the Advanced roadmap plans.

We link the stories to the Feature as "is a child of".

We use it between Epics and Stories.

 

Do you know how to solve this?
