Work load of user

I need to keep a close watch on another user's work load.  I need to create a gadget that shows all open issues assigned to a specific different user.  Exactly like the "Assigned to Me" gadget but assigned to another user.  Also need to see how many hours a user have invested day wise

Not necessarily a gadget either.  A specific dash, url, or query... as long as I can see the same inbox other user is seeing.

You can create dashboard for the same. On this dashboard you can add two gadget one is for issue statistics gadget and other is for workload gadget. In both you can select statistic type as assignee. so assignee wise you will get number of request and workload

@Sreenivasaraju P is there anything i can apply on automation rules?. For example there are some issues ticket that are generate on monday by automation for different assignee, so can i see how much time each assignee is spending on monday. Can i get some report,dashboard or anything having this info
