Is it possible to configure a user to see tickets (in which they are Assignee, Reporter, or Watchers) but not to be a project member?

Hi @Svitlana Rekhalska ,

No, but its possible to see all tickets in a project even your not a member by adding the user in Browse project permission.

Is it possible to set up permissions so that the participant is in the project, but sees only those tasks in which he is a participant or watcher?

Request participant is for service management.

If your using Jira software company manage project.

Add the user/group in browse project permission then

Create a securit level for your project then include all the project roles(in your project), assignee, reporter and watcher.
