I am seeing Workflow Diagram is blank in my JIRA server

@CGBlockchain Jira, Kill JIRA (java) processs and start JIRA again

Now, the interesting part is my JIRA service is not restating.
Because of Diagram issue, I stopped service and tried to start. But not it is not functioning.
