Workflow Essentials for JIRA addon disabling automatically

Hi Guys 

we are  using Workflow Essentials for JIRA addon and it is disabling automatically in some point of time and postfunction associated to that are not working can you suggest me a solution to overcome this problem.

Are you able to reenable. If so does it disable again? If so I would recommend reaching out to the addon’s Support directly - Code Centric Support

No i cant able to re-enable it also, and i have raised a ticket in @Code Centric Support
