I created 3 simple "Validators" on a transition from Unplanned to Planned.
If I publish this Workflow (Company Managed), when I attempt a transition from Unplanned to Planned without having entered this data, the error message is incomprehensible to users, they do not know what to do:
"We couldn't change the status of the item
Check your connection, then give it another try"
Users are complaining and I had to disable these validators.
If I make the same modification directly (not a card transition, but a modification of the Status directly in the card), it works, I get the correct error message
How to get around this bug?
Thanks
Hi Bernard,
Have you tried with a different browser? Or with Incognito mode?
Yes. I'm working with chrome and also tested this problem on Mozilla

It's probably time to contact Atlassian support then if you have not already.

Hi John, I did it 2 days ago and just receive the answer. It's a bug.
See the answer:
I wanted to inform you that our Dev team has confirmed this to be buggy behavior.
They are currently deploying the fix in production and post that the correct message will be displayed while transitioning the issue through the columns.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused due to this.
Thanks for your help
Bernard
