Workflow status is missing.

The issue regarding available statuses came after last upgrade of Jira where many projects got impacted.

Issue is : Status got impacted due to Integrity Fail during the last Jira upgrade, after which it got stuck due to JSU plugin being paid.

Tried solution:

-          we have checked for transitions but the this workflow is shared by other project as well and it is working fine for them.

-          We have tried to change the workflow by creating new workflow scheme and re-associating the project with new Workflow scheme.

But none worked. Please help to resolve the issue.

Have you run the integrity checker? <JIRA_URL>/secure/admin/IntegrityChecker!default.jspa

There is a specific section that checks for workflow integrity there, if it finds errors it offers a solution. Have you tried it?

Yes we tried.

all the check are successful only one step failed which “Check Workflow Current Step Entries”

What happens when you click to fix that one? 

Also, have you tried to generate a trial license for the JSU plugin to temporarily fix that issue?

How many issues are "stuck"?
