Worklog field does not exist in target jira to import using csv even with Admin rights

Make sure the user doing the import has the Work on Issues permission in the Permission Scheme used by the project into which you are importing.
Also, make sure you use the Settings > System > External Systems Import function to do the import and not use the one from the filter screen.

At this point, I would submit a support ticket to Atlassian.
