X-Ray vs Zephyr

Are there any folks out there who have installed, evaluated, or are using these tools for QA testing?  Has anyone had issues getting support from X-Ray?  We've had a tough time getting answers out of them during our trial.  Please share any experiences you've had.

Not had issues getting support in the past, especially if a ticket is raised and a relatively large amount of people 'vote' on that issue. 

Haven't required support for a while now but still using X-Ray successfully and seems good, what's your issue?

We were currently in process of evaluating the trial version of XRAY and while trying to contact their sales team, noticed that the web page was broken & we did not have means to contact them and were a bit disappointed due to this. So, wanted to know how if anyone has had a difficult time reaching out to them.

I see, can't say I've ever been in the position where we've had to so can't comment on that. Hope you get it sorted asap.

I was able to get in touch with them and their web page seems to be fixed now.
