Is this error happening after an upgrade? Or was there any change in the system that may have happened since the last time this action work? Are other users seeing this error? Did you try with a different browser?
Thanks for the reply!! No we have not had an upgrade. Infact we are having issues with moving bulk issues between projects & cloning issues. I have a feeling the 2 are linked as the system goes into infinite loop when issues are moved and never recovers and in a way changing the repository is moving the issues as well.
I have tried the error with various users and browsers, the error persists. We did recently perform re-indexing however, no outcome was achieved.
