1. POST: https://xray.cloud.xpand-it.com/api/v1/import/execution/junit?testExecKey=TOS-17
2. Client ID and Secret are correct and used at API key setting in POSTMAN.
3. Content-Type : text/xml
4. Body has Binary type attached an XML
5. Almost tried all the stuff from forum but no luck.
6. The execution key is present and I am able to access the key through the browser.
Getting 401 unauthorised with "{"error":"Could not find authentication data on request"}" message.

The error suggests that there is an issue with the way the authentication information is being sent.
Have you generated a token? Or are you using the Client ID and Secret directly in the import REST API?
If you didn't generate a token then that is the problem (https://docs.getxray.app/display/XRAYCLOUD/Authentication+-+REST).
If you are using the token already, please try the curl examples found in the documentation page (https://docs.getxray.app/display/XRAYCLOUD/Import+Execution+Results+-+REST#ImportExecutionResultsREST-JUnitXMLresults).
