×Hello!
After updating Jira Software to version 9.5.0, XRAY (6.1.1.) stopped working correctly. When selecting the tabs "Xray Reports", "Xray Test Repository", "Xray Test Plan Board" an error appears in the attachment (HTTP Status 405 - Method Not Allowed). What is the cause of the error and how to fix it?
Thank you.
The current version of Xray you are using is not compatible with JIRA 9.5.0, you need to update Xray to 6.3.0-j9 at least.
Regards
Yes thank you!
What were my next steps:
1. Removed the plugin
2. Stop Jira
3. Delete the following hidden cache directories:
JIRA_HOME/plugins/.bundled-plugins
JIRA_HOME/plugins/.osgi-plugins
4. Restart Jira
5. Installed Xray to 6.3.0-j9 for the server

Hi
Sometimes you have to try couple of times. Also have you check the log when updating the app to see what the error is ?

Hi Florian
When I click on "Get started" I receive the 405 page. In the logs I see
`WARN .. /secure/XrayGetStarted.jspa .... Action 'com.xpandit.raven.webwork.GetStartAction!execute' does not support 'GET' request method`
Thanks
