My team just added the Jira integration to Zendesk. However we have an issue.
1. Not all projects are populating in the dropdown menu, specifically the one that we need. How do we pull in the missing project?
2. Is it possible to limit which projects appear in the dropdown? We only want one project to appear so that our Zendesk agents can only create tickets in that space.

@Adam Hecht hello. Did you resolve your issue? I believe Dhiren's question was whether you use any tool (a 3rd party solution) to connect the two systems or not. A quick look at the Atlassian marketplace can hint at what's offered. Tools like ZigiOps can help you connect the two systems and customize the data you want to sync and show up to users. Perhaps there is an issue with your integration's field mapping.
