Hello @praseeda.sankarankutty in order to add zephyr, you must navigate to the apps tab from the admin menu. First thing you should see is a search box there from where you can search for zephyr and start a trial
Thanks, but how do I go to admin menu, the problem is I am unable to login to JIRA software again using my Atlassian id. I raised to ticket to help me identify the id..

I got to the Administration page and selected the Applications tab. But I could not view a search facility. But when I traversed the Manage Apps, it still does not show up the Tool.

URL should be something like this
https://yourcompany.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/ac/com.atlassian.jira.emcee/discover#!/discover
It should be the first thing you see when you click the apps tab

Nope, this is not installed with my company domain. I have a different url as I got it downloaded - somethins like localhost: http://localhost:8080/plugins/servlet/upm/manage/all
So where ever, Zephyr does not show up in my searches..
So I am unable to explore the test capabilities of this tool.

So this is what I had to do, after much searching, I downloaded the Zephyr trial version in my system and uploaded the app manually. Then I added the license I had received when I asked for Trial version of Zephyr. Now I am able to view it under manage apps, but still not able to integrate it with JIRA. All of the trial time has gone to get these initial setup completed..

I suppose you should be able to ask for a new trial if you couldn't test it.
