a specific user can not attach anything to an issue

I've increased the size limit to 100mb and the user has tried to upload files in different types.

What is the error which you see in the logs?

I've uploaded a photo of the error.

and it says file " filename "was not uploaded.

I meant to share the log file - atlassian-jira.log, your jira admin should be able to provide you the log file.
