Welcome to the Community!

I am sorry, I am a little confused here.  Jira is a web service, so the "native" app really is "using it in a browser"

I suspect that you've got one of the Jira client apps on your device, so what you probably want to do is set up something on there that will spot when you try to visit a Jira url and open the app instead of a browser?  Is that what you are looking for?

yes , exactly , i am looking for if there is way i can open issue page by clicking a button or a link in my addon page ,and it will open the page in jira app , instead of open the browser

There is, you have to configure your device such that when you hit certain urls, it opens the app rather than the browser.

This is not something Jira can do, it is all about the settings on your device.

but can i use jira api to call a certain issue page within jira app not openning browser? (in mobile)

i think this is the similar issue that i can refer to:  https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-71693

Yes, of course you can use the api, in whatever you want to write.  But you'll still need to configure your device to know what to open a the urls with.

You'll need to look at the docs for your device (and maybe the window manager it is using if it's not using a stock one)
