add one custom field to dashboard

Is it possible that we can add one custom field to dashboard?
For example , we want the following dashboard to add "Note" field.

You can add filter result gadget on your dashboard and select the required field (Note ) from the list

This is two dimensional statistics. Out of the box you can't add. You can write your own gadget with customization or check any third party gadget suits your requirement.
