hello! i currently have an issue type that keeps getting assigned to an inactive user by default. How can i update that?
Hi @Eman Khan , I would expect one of two causes, either there is a post function in the associated workflow or there is an automation rule. Can you look ate the History tab to assess further? Please share your findings.
so it looks like Ashton changed to Travis so isn't this a procedural issue? Are you saying that something in the background is setting the assignee or simply that users are assigning to an inactive user?

something in the background is setting the assignee and i can't determine what is causing it.
Travis is no longer in any user groups that i'm aware of, so i'm not sure where else to look

So when ashton approved, it automatically assigned the ticket to Travis. However, travis is no longer with the firm, so shiva approved. I would like to replace travis's name with someone else
