when I go to my Jira Administration -> Product access, I see a list of users and applications.
https://mysite.atlassian.net/admin/apps
when I click on one of the users, it redirects me to the user permissions page.
But when I click on any of the apps (such as slack), it redirects me to the users list, and DOES NOT showing the app permissions page, as it says it should
pls advise,
thank you.
Hello Yaniv,
Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
Product access only shows the products that you want new users to automatically receive when an account is created and also groups.
Just for us to better understand and help you, can you send us a screenshot of the page?
Also, please, send us the steps to reproduce, so we can try to replicate this issue on a test instance to check if it's expected or a bug.
Regards,
Angélica
Hi Angelica,
Thanks for your answer.
It seems like a JIRA bug, which was submitted by their support team:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-71334
It has the steps to reproduce there, but it doesn't happen on every JIRA cloud instance, and not even for all users in the same account.

Hi Yaniv,
Thank you for sharing this information with us.
That explains why on my test instance I wasn't able to reproduce the same issue.
I have added the link to this question as an internal comment on the bug so that the developers can reference it if necessary.
Regards,
Angélica
